- SUPERvault uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We operate a zero-knowledge architecture — your data is encrypted with keys only you control. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and undergo annual third-party security audits.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything.
- Can I grant access to my art advisor or team?
- Business plan subscribers can invite unlimited team members with granular role-based permissions. You control exactly what each advisor, family member, or institution can view or edit within your vault.
- Can I migrate my existing collection data?
- Yes. We support import from CSV, Excel, Artwork Archive, Artlogic, and most major collection management systems. Our onboarding team will personally assist Business plan subscribers with data migration at no additional charge.
