Pilot terms · effective 17 July 2026
Terms of Service
These terms govern controlled pilot use of SUPERvault, operated by SUPERLUXE Inc., a United States incorporated company. Do not use the service if you do not agree to them.
Pilot eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account or organisation.
The pilot may change, pause or end as features and operating arrangements are validated. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve and return customer-provided data where practical.
Your records and licence to operate the service
You retain ownership of records and files you submit. You grant SUPERLUXE Inc. and its service providers a limited licence to host, process, reproduce and display that material only as needed to operate, secure and support SUPERvault.
You must have the rights needed to upload material and must not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious or misleading content.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another organisation, account or private record.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload or circumvent security controls.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to distribute malware or infringing material.
- Do not misrepresent test, provenance, valuation or ownership information as independently verified by SUPERvault.
Collection information is not professional advice
SUPERvault organises information supplied by users and connected sources. Unless expressly stated in a signed service agreement, it does not authenticate artworks, guarantee provenance, determine title, provide legal or tax advice, or provide a professional valuation or insurance recommendation.
You remain responsible for independent professional advice and for checking records before making legal, financial, insurance, lending, sale or acquisition decisions.
Availability, security and backups
We use reasonable operational safeguards and aim to keep the pilot available, but the service is provided on an evaluation basis and may experience interruption, change or data-processing errors. No service is completely secure or continuously available.
Keep independent copies of records that are legally, financially or operationally critical.
Fees and commercial launch
No fee applies unless you separately accept a stated plan, order or agreement. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, tax and refund terms will be shown before any paid commitment.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or preserve service integrity. You may ask to close a pilot account through SUPERLUXE’s published contact channels, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the pilot is provided as available without implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any final commercial limitation-of-liability, governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions will be presented before wider commercial launch and will not be applied retroactively to create obligations you did not accept.
