Privacy Notice

SUPERvault is operated during this controlled pilot by SUPERLUXE Inc., a United States incorporated company. This notice explains the categories of information used to provide and secure the service.

Information we handle

  • Account and contact details, including your name, email address and organisation.
  • Collection records and files you choose to add, such as artwork, ownership, provenance, valuation, loan and condition information.
  • Service, device and security logs needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the platform.
  • Messages and support information you send to us.

Why we use it

  • To create and administer your account and organisation.
  • To store, organise and present the collection records you provide.
  • To protect accounts, investigate misuse and maintain service reliability.
  • To respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and processors

We may use vetted infrastructure, storage, authentication, email, monitoring and support providers to operate SUPERvault. They may process information only for the contracted service and subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a properly managed corporate transaction.

Security and international processing

We use access controls, encrypted network transport, protected credentials and operational safeguards appropriate to the pilot. No online service can promise absolute security.

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, protect legitimate interests, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Pilot accounts and test data may be removed when no longer required.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Requests can be made through SUPERLUXE’s published contact channels. Identity verification may be required.

Cookies and young users

SUPERvault uses essential cookies or similar storage for authentication and security. Any non-essential analytics or marketing technology will be separately disclosed where consent is required.

SUPERvault is intended for adults and professional users, not children.

Changes

We may update this notice as the pilot develops. Material changes will be dated and presented through the service or appropriate contact channels.
